STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Project Initiation and Confirmation Process

To initiate and confirm the project, the following steps are mandatory:

  1. Email Confirmation along with a signed copy of the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).
  2. Submission of Three Cheques as per the approved estimate:
    • Cheque 1: 45% of the total estimate — dated before the rehearsal start date.
    • Cheque 2: 45% of the total estimate — post-dated to one week before the event date.
    • Cheque 3: 10% (balance amount) — dated as per the event date.

Please Note:

  • BLK PPR House will initiate production, booking, or setup only after the advance payment is received and all three cheques are submitted.
  • No project will proceed based solely on WhatsApp messages or phone call confirmations.
  • A signed MOU and complete payment submission are required to officially confirm and commence the project.


Terms & Conditions

All deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are strictly governed by the Terms & Conditions stated in the MOU/Contract documents mutually shared and agreed upon between both parties.

Costume Care & Condition Guidelines


Distribution

  • Costumes will be distributed 2 days before the event.

Care Instructions

  • No Alterations:
    Costumes must not be altered, cut, dyed, or painted in any way.
  • Cleaning:
    Costumes must be returned in the same condition as received — clean and free of stains.
  • Damage Responsibility:
    You are responsible for any damage that occurs to the costume during the rental period.
  • No Adhesives:
    Avoid using tape, glue, pins, or any other adhesives on the costumes.
  • Reporting Issues:
    If you need to reschedule or have any issues with the rental period, please contact the concerned team immediately.

Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the costumes from the time they are delivered to you until they are returned.

Before You Rent

  • Check Quality:
    Inspect the costume upon receiving it to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and in good condition.
  • Fittings:
    Inquire about fitting sessions or minor permissible adjustments to ensure the costume fits comfortably and appropriately.
